Our mission is to promote the appraisal profession and our membership through education, networking and mentoring for professional development, with dedication to the highest ethical standards of appraisal practice.
General membership is designed as way for all interested appraisers and affiliates to be in touch with the REAA community and the benefits of a professional network. As REAA has delivered classes throughout California, appraisers have told our instructors about their interest in having a chapter and more frequent education and professional development opportunities. REAA has responded to this request on two levels:
On line - REAA offers a membership for those that cannot attend chapter meetings due to physical distance. The general membership provides a “first point of assembly” for those in a geographic area to express interest in establishing a Chapter. The recent creation of the Central Valley Chapter illustrates this point.
The REAA School - We offer continuing education classes throughout the state to meet the needs of appraisers. Check the calendar and the links on the home page.
