Join us October 20th and 21st, 2 hours each evening from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm, for the REAA presentation of the CA required 4-hour Appraiser CE class “Federal and State Laws and Regulations.” Immediately following the class will be a discussion/quiz as required by BREA. This 30 minute session is required to receive continuing education credit and does not count for approved hours (same as in class). Our instructor is REAA School Instructor Andy Anderson. In this virtual class, Andy will present a basic and fundamental summary of the Laws and Regulations knowledge BREA requires of CA State Licensed and Certified Appraisers. Due to Covid-19 requirements this class will be held as a virtual online offering. The required test will be held at the conclusion of the presentation as an open and interactive discussion.
Andy Anderson is a California Certified Residential Appraiser and has been appraising since 1984. He has been a continuing education author and instructor of appraisal continued education classes since 1995 as a California State class provider and instructor for Nelson–Hummel Seminars, Acheson Appraisal Classes, Foundation of Real Estate Appraisers, and has been a guest speaker and presenter at multiple Conferences throughout the years. He is a member of the California Real Estate Appraisers Association as the Education Director for the Central Valley Chapter and Education author and instructor for the REAA School. He is known for having a sense of humor and for his willingness to assist his colleagues. He is dedicated in a heartfelt desire to see RE Appraisers grow in knowledge and become well informed professionals. He also goes by Mr. Roulette.
This class is approved for 4 hours of remote continuing education under emergency Covid-19 permission from the California Bureau of Real Estate Appraisers (Approval # TBA). You must have a free REAA website account to receive continuing education.

Cost of the class is $50 for members/$75 for non-members and includes class materials and access to the class recordings.
YOU MUST ATTEND BOTH CLASS SESSIONS PLUS THE POST CLASS TEST TO RECEIVE CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT.
You must show yourself with valid ID during class and will be required to respond to questions periodically in Zoom. These steps are required to meet the emergency BREA guidelines granting continuing education credit. You are welcome to attend the class and not receive CE.
You will receive a link to the class materials the day before the class starts. This class is presented by the REAA Corporate Board.
