APPRAISING SMALL ACREAGE RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES: begins with the most basic questions - What is a Small Acreage Residential Property? How small is small and when is it too big to be called Small Residential Acreage? Next, what if there's an agricultural component? What are the new laws for a compliant Marijuana grow site? When does a use become "commercial" rather than "residential"? What can the zoning tell us about permitted uses? What Outbuildings exist? What to look for in rural well water and septic systems. How do you interpret value in permitted vs. non-permitted uses? Are you competent to value such complex assignments? If not, how can you get competent? Expect an interesting and provocative 2 Hours!
