This is the new, required format for FEDERAL & STATE LAWS AND REGS. There is a 20 Question OPEN BOOK TEST immediately following the Class: Each year changes occur in both Federal and State Regulations. Every four years licensed appraisers must take this class for re-licensing and THOSE WHO WANT A TRAINEE LICENSE MUST TAKE THIS CLASS BEFORE THEIR LICENSE IS ISSUED. The Class begins with a review of the Federal Requirements including both the Appraisal Foundation's authority and the Appraisal Subcommittee's responsibilities. Next we will discuss State Regulations, important as this is where most changes occur that affect us directly. The OPEN BOOK TEST at the end of this class is one of the more recent changes. Students will gain insight into what changes have already been made and how they are being implemented.
