Course Overview - Three Tables, Each Covering Unique Assignments: 1) Landslides & Earthquakes present a reporting and valuation challenge - describing what happened, supporting your opinions (Paula Saling & Corina Rollins); 2) Tiny Homes come in a variety of sizes and really go all the way back to the classic Log Cabin. Challenges in permitting- and how do we value them today? Also, what constitutes a Tiny Home Comparable? (Lou Kestel); 3) Flood & Fire can have an enormous effect on a Property's value - from the fear of future disasters to the challenge of finding affordable insurance. How do we deal with "repeat" disasters in relationship to our Subject Property? (Mark Lindsay).
