This is the 2020-2021 USPAP class. This mandatory class is designed to provide you with the updated information from the current edition of USPAP plus changes, which will be reviewed in detail.

Our instructors are long-time REAA members Ken Hunsinger and Corina Rollins team-teaching for this special online Zoom edition.  CORINA ROLLINS is a Certified Residential Appraiser who has been appraising since 1977. She has taught Real Estate classes at the College of Marin for 34 years and is also an Assessment Appeals Officer. She is a Certified USPAP Instructor and will be working on line with Ken Hunsinger who is also a Certified USPAP Instructor. KEN HUNSINGER is a Certified General Appraiser and is past president of REAA Sacramento. Ken has taught classes to appraisers for more than 30 years for his own company and others throughout California.

This class is approved for 7 hours of continuing education in California by the California Bureau of Real Estate Appraisers (Approval# 20CP986603110).

Cost is $195 for members/$225 for non-members and includes the current USPAP book and the student manual, either shipped or picked up in Sacramento or Marin. Both are required for the class by TAF. On your order, please indicate if you plan to pick up your books in Sacramento, Marin, or need them mailed. Mailed registration will close a week early and include a $20 shipping fee.

Attendance will be capped at 100. First come, first served.

You will need to connect with video (web cam or cell phone) to receive credit for this class. You must show yourself with valid ID during class and will be required to respond to questions periodically in Zoom. These steps are required to meet the emergency BREA guidelines granting continuing education credit.
