Dive-in to the future of appraising with George Dell, SRA, MAI, ASA, CRE. This two hour Zoom class will discuss upcoming changes in residential appraisal and offer suggestions for how we can control our destinies. George will discuss:
- FHFA, Modernization, Fannie, and Freddie
- New UAD, and the data versus judgement
- New narratives
- Big data, small data, and the role of judgement
- and advice for the future
Our instructor is nationally known appraiser, instructor, and data scientist George Dell. George consults and trains in modern data science methods for valuation and asset collateral risk.
This class is approved for two hours of remote continuing education by the California Bureau of Real Estate Appraisers (approval#21CP986603116) under emergency Covid-19 permission. No approval for other states.
Cost of the class is $20 for members and $30 for non-members. You must have a free account on the REAA website to receiving continuing education credit.
Attendance will be capped at 100. First come, first served.
You must show yourself with valid ID during class and will be required to respond to questions periodically in Zoom. These steps are required to meet the emergency BREA guidelines granting continuing education credit. You are welcome to attend the class and not receive CE.
You will receive a link to the class materials the day before class starts. This class is a joint effort of the REAA chapters.
