This class will provide advice on appraising homes on small acreage lots. Topics include:

- USPAP considerations
- Know when to say no
- Business considerations
- Characteristics of small acreage residential properties
- Market analysis
- Valuation tips
- Special cases and examples
This class will be team taught by Joe Lynch, REAA Sacramento Chapter President, Gary Muma, REAA Sacramento Chapter Vice President, and Don Sharp, a real estate broker from Woodland who specializes in acreage properties.
The class will be approved for two hours of continuing education by the California Bureau of Real Estate Appraisers (BREA approval number TBD).
Cost of the class is $30 for members/$60 for non-members and includes dinner at the Dante Club.
