Our instructor is Denis DeSaix, MAI, SRA, past president of REAA East Bay and current vice president of the Northern California Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. Denis is princical and chief appraiser at Metrocal Appraisal with more than 20 years of appraisal experience and has presented previous classes in Sacramento including the Cost Approach, Highest and Best Use, and other well-received classes.
The class is approved for two hours of continuing education from the California Bureau of Real Estate Appraisers (Approval#18CP986603084).
Cost of the class is $30 for members/$60 for non-members and includes dinner at the Dante Club.
